If you’re looking for a truly pampering facial or ready to achieve the best skin of your life, I can’t recommend Nurse Jodie’s clinic enough. The team has transformed my skin in ways I never imagined possible, giving me back confidence I didn’t know I’d lost. The nurses are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also warm, kind, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From start to finish, every visit feels like a treat. Hands down, the best skin clinic on the Sunshine Coast! Love them so much 🩷

I had such a fantastic experience with Katie! She did an amazing job on my facial and massage, eyelash lift, and eyebrow sculpt and tint. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The facial made my skin feel incredible, and the massage was just what I needed to unwind. My eyelashes have never looked better and was so happy with how they came out, I put all my faith in Katie doing my brows and she did not disappoint, are on point—exactly the shape and colour I was hoping for. Katie is so talented and made the whole experience feel super personal and relaxing. The whole team is as very welcoming and friendly, making the team experience less daunting as it was the first time getting any beauty treatments done. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend her! 10/10!

I had Nurse Asha- being new to the Sunshine Coast I was apprehensive, I don’t know any locals to gain recommendations or get the inside scoop on who is good in the area. Nurse Asha was professional, friendly and warm. She made me feel at ease which is big for me as I have a needle phobia and can faint or vomit sometimes getting injectables. I was extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be back when I am due for my next treatment.

I had a very distressing experience during my PRP facial appointment, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The nurse appeared inexperienced and made an error while attempting to separate the platelet-rich plasma, which meant my blood had to be taken again. This process took several attempts, and the repeated injections left me feeling extremely unwell.

I’ve had blood taken many times at other clinics without any issues, but this time I experienced a severe vasovagal reaction something that continues to affect me months later, to the point where I now feel anxious and sick at the thought of having blood drawn.

What concerned me further was learning afterwards that the incorrect cannula was used to draw the blood as it was too large for the blood vessel. This appears to reflect poor clinical judgment and practice.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this is the worse experience I have had at a clinic.
