I've been suffering from IBS for many years, I'm overweight and have been diagnosed with PCOS, insulin resistance and Anxiety. I've seen many doctors, a nutritionist, several specialists and a couple of other naturopaths for my IBS. They helped me as much as they could, but after some uncomfortable tests from specialists that confirmed what I already knew, but nothing could be done to help me, I decided to try the holistic approach again.

I found Victoria Heath on Facebook, and started following her blog posts for a while (I learned a lot of interesting things from her blog).
When I finally decided to enquire about an appointment, I sent her an email. Her response was that she would be very happy to help me, as she has helped many others with the same symptoms and issues as me.

From the get go, Victoria Heath has taken a different approach than the other naturopaths and nutritionists. This filled me with optimism and hope, because what I tried already didn't work, and I needed to try something new.

Victoria took a very in depth look into my health issues, concerns and symptoms, as well as my diet and lifestyle habits.

With Victoria's help, I cleaned up my diet, altered some of my lifestyle habits and took the supplements she prescribed. In 5 months I dropped 11 kilos, had less bloating and a lot less stomachaches.
This was especially great, as I got married this year and needed to shed some weight to fit into my wedding dress!
My insulin levels have also dropped to a significantly healthier level (from 19 to 11), blood sugar levels are lower and iron is higher. As my doctor says, blood tests dont lie!

My health is a work in progress, but I have come such a long way with Victoria and I will continue to see her until I reach my health goals.

If I'm honest, i was sceptical at first to see what a Naturopath could do for me... I'd put my trust in western medicines for most of my life and that trust was breaking.
I suffer with PCOS, I had hit a weight loss dead end and my GP wasn't listening to me, I was prescribed diet and exercise, even though i was eating clean and training with a personal trainer, the GP still dismissed everything i said including my concerns about my medications.
So I went searching for something else, I did some research... and one Naturopath stood out. I clicked on Victoria's web page, and it just felt like she was talking directly to me.. do you suffer with pcos? struggle with weight loss? struggle with your hormones? suffer with insomnia? the list went on..... i thought THIS IS THE ONE!!! It was as if Victoria knew me, although we'd never met.
I've now been seeing Victoria Since November 2017, and we've changed so much in my life. Victoria listened to my concerns and validated them, never once doubting me or making me feel like everything was in my head. Instead she encourages me and is always uplifting. And most of all she believed we could achieve a goal together, if i remained focused and followed the plan. a plan that included taking time out my busy schedule to give back to myself and relax. Because sometimes we forget to appreciate and love ourselves, and Victoria reminded me of this.
I've taken part in the 7 day cleanse, it's delicious by the way, and gave me some great insight and ideas for meal prep in my day to day living and I've lost 1.6kg in that week alone, which brings my weight loss tally to 5.6kg to date. Which is huge, as i'd struggled to loose weight for over 2 years.
Victoria's knowledge of PCOS, and women's health issues is outstanding. I find her knowledgeable on all natural health topics.
With Victoria I was able to give up a medication that I was very concerned about, my gut health has improved, I've got more energy, i sleep better. our next hurdle is controlling my hormones, but given the results so far i'm 100% confident.
