On the 12/13th of feb at the Melbourne clinic, I was in a state of extreme sleep deprivation and emotional distress, which significantly impaired my judgment and ability to regulate my emotions. I was not in a sound state of mind, and rather than being met with understanding and support, I was instead accused of behavior that I would never engage in under normal circumstances.

The staff’s handling of the situation was exceptionally negligent, failing to recognize my vulnerable state and provide appropriate assistance. Instead, their reaction has resulted in severe consequences for me, including being blacklisted and having my character misrepresented. I strongly contest the accusation of threatening behavior and request that a fair and thorough review of this decision be conducted.

I urge you to reconsider this matter and acknowledge the context in which the events occurred. I am more than willing to discuss this further to provide clarity and ensure a just resolution. Please advise on the next steps I can take to formally appeal this decision.

I just finished my first in-patient stay of 9 nights with Nucleus Network, and I know I will definitely be back. The staff are very professional but also friendly, so I felt that I could approach anyone for assistance or with any questions I had. The facilities were well maintained, and the food was quite good, even in spite of the limited range of foods I was allowed to eat (due to the nature of the study). I was also impressed by the way staff banded together and supported one another on very busy days where there were many new participants in the unit.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Sam, Moira, Noor, TJ, Phillip, Shanan, Caleb, Nayla, Rina, Louise, and others whose names I can't remember or didn't catch (sorry!), for looking after me during my stay. (Special shout out to Sam for the fun banter!)

I will be recommending Nucleus Network to all my friends!

I just finished my second trial and thought I couldn’t have experienced a better study than my first one but I actually did! This second trial was directed by Sang and I truly had the best time! Him and his team did such an amazing job! It was 9 nights and I found myself a little sad to leave yesterday. The staff is absolutely amazing, always here to help and have a nice convo with you. The establishment is clean and large enough. The food is actually really really nice considering we are in a clinic. It’s various and the quantity is more than enough. My stay there felt like a nice little break from my crazy cosmopolitan life and I’m really looking forward to go again, it really gets addictive 😅

I mean nice people, clean and relax environment, heaps of board games, decent bed, good food and you get reimbursed for your time!

Also I’m Muslim and had really good halal food alternatives and they’re really offering all type of diet which is a big plus!

There is a room to pray (on request) and a nice living area with tv and lounge area too.

Thank you so so much to Nucleus team for the amazing organisation and dedication. Even when there is a lot of studies at the same time, the staff always manage to get things done and be there for you if needed, it’s really appreciated ☺️

She made the entire process seamless, going above and beyond to provide support and answer all my questions with patience and clarity. Her reliability is truly appreciated and her professionalism made the experience genuinely pleasant.

Very comfortable; well staffed and well supplied. My time spent there went very quickly and smoothly. The staff go the extra mile for the participants and it really shows. While I didn't retain everyone's names, Moira in particular stood out as a cheerful, bubbly personality that consistently made the place a little brighter.

The facilities are ok but you don't have access to hot water in the showers nor disinfect spray for the toilets. The food is terrible except by the sweets but you don't get them often. Ventilation is bad, an area is really cold and another area is really warm. The windows and blinds are super dirty and dusty. On the other hand, the staff is really friendly and they always look after you. Although, some times the staff seems to be disorganized and like if they didn't plan ahead. In summary, this is a good place to make easy money if you are willing to face some discomforts.

Very nice staff that made it very welcoming. The whole time during the clinical trial process they constantly made sure I was all good and asking if I needed anything. Highly recommend. Also the frog jacket that the nurse was wearing is cool
