I recently completed a 6 month long study with 9 one day clinic stays and 8 outpatients visits with 3 MRIs…it was a great experience and such friendly professional people made it so easy to be part of it all and enjoy the stays there…Jose my study leader was simply superb and caring…would definetely love to be involved again in another trial…many thanks

The Nucleus Network staff during my stay were amazing! I could not speak highly enough of the highly professional and caring medical team that took care of me. It was a great experience and I will DEFINITELY do it again!

I was with 8 amazing ladies in my cohort and we had so much fun. Everything was explained to us and we really enjoyed the 6 nights we spent together and with the staff. We even enjoyed our late night fire evacuation making sure we took our important files with us. Every follow up visit we have been treated with respect, usually always on time, but we were told ahead of time to allow 2 - 3 hours for our outpatient visits.

Not sure what some of these reviews are talking about. You are not going in their for gourmet food, a perfect nights sleep or to get money in our bank account immediately, we are there on a drug trail hopefully helping the improvement of the health of other humans or even family members for the future. It's not all about you.

Can't wait for my next trail. Keep in mind, bottom line is, if your not healthy, don't pass all the pre-testing or have dietary issues you can't be flexible with, you won't be accepted.

Apart from payments being made on time, I have no complaints.
I got unnecessarily nervous when I read the previous reviews. I had a 4-night stay for a study and it was perfectly fine. The nurses are incredibly friendly at all odd hours of the day and the food was decent. I had three full meals per day and the option of two snacks. Everything was clearly communicated to me by the nurses, the doctor, and my coordinator. I am a bit squeamish with taking blood and the nurses made me feel at ease every time. The WiFi is great.
The only thing I will say is that payments were grossly delayed over the holiday period. I understand if the financing team does not count the days between Christmas and New Year's as business days - despite emails from Nucleus mentioning these days as business days albeit with reduced staffing. Communication that payment processing times will increase from 10 business days to a total of 23 days would be greatly appreciated.

Have two experiences here first was in 2023 was great. Everything ran smoothly, nice staff, food was good. Everything was on time. 2nd time was more recent, staff was nice and the in stay was good. However had long wait times for Outpatient call outs, sometimes 2 hours plus before being seen. And yet to be paid despite it being past 10 business days. Waiting till Monday to see if the recent IT problem was an issue. Or whether it just hasn't been processed at all

I have had nothing but amazing and positive experiences from this clinic. All the staff have been friendly and professional. I was definitely treated with respect by all who I met. Every study is strictly scheduled and they do amazing at keeping to those times eg bloods, ECG obs, meals, dosing times. I was fed well during my stay and the food is actually amazing and filling! I treated the stay like a short restful holiday to read and craft. Sleeping may be a challenge as It can get cold so don't be shy to bring a blanket. I have also been paid on schedule as advised within the 10 business days also. I can't actually wait for my trial period to end so I can start a new one!

Not very happy! Started a trial where I was told I was eligible both nights. Second night I was wrongly dosed by a doctor with a medication that was not allowed on this test and on the second day I got excluded, conclusion: didn’t get paid what I was supposed to get after asking holidays from work to participate on the trial for someone else’s mistake. Disappointing !

Always on time and accurately admitted us on time and discharged me and my fellow people in cohort on time, I had a good experience this time round and they worked well on time and were very time efficient although still yet to receive my first payment
