This place is a scam - $350 for 5 minutes with a trainee doctor, and about 30 seconds with Dr Singh who quite clearly hadn't read any of my pre-patient forms or reports as he was asking me basic questions that had already been answered multiple times.

Ultimately I was told to just take painkillers deal with it/come back in 4 weeks if I still have pain. I will be seeing a different specialist for a second opinion. Absolutely do not recommend this practice!

I'm so incredibly grateful for Dr. Singh and all the clinical nurses at NSW Spine Specialists. It's not easy to deal with people experiencing severe pain day in and day out, but the team at NSWSS do it with so much grace, patience and understanding. The team make time to listen to the concerns of their patients and go above and beyond to make sure they're okay. I would 100% recommend Dr. Singh if you are looking for a specialist opinion for chronic back pain.

From our first meeting with Dr Hsu he made me feel confident that he could fix my back issues which had troubled me for 20 years. As a keen golfer it was extremely important to me to have success with my surgery, and Dr Hsu did a fantastic job. He was kind and very empathetic and I would recommend him to anyone. All his staff were very professional and thorough. My back is the best it has been for a very long time

The most amazing surgeon and wonderful staff. They really care for the patient and make you feel at ease.

Dr Hsu is such a wonderful surgeon he is very thorough and takes his time to explain every aspect of the surgery to you. He answers all your questions and makes every effort to make you feel comfortable about your surgery. His caring nature is hard to find.
I would highly recommend Dr Hsu.

All the team at NSW Spine Specialists were superb from the minute you arrive they are welcoming and extremely helpful. Their knowledge is wonderful and they guide you through the entire process. They constantly call you to see how you are recovering and to assist you any way they can.

If I could give this practice more stars I would!

I am leaving a five star review from the patient service that my husband and I have received from Alex in admin….. Alex has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. After being in an MVA and sustaining quite significant injuries. Alex has insured our appointments are never too much for him. His calmness and willingness to help us is just never too much for him. He’s able to manage shuffling appointments and making appointments. Thanks Alex for all your support you truly are credit to New South Wales spine specialists.

Dr Shu and his team are amazing. His nurses in his rooms are fantastic. They have gone out of their way to help me. They're kind ,caring and friendly. On call 24/7 to help.

The professionalism and care provided from my initial consultation to the following post operation months were outstanding.
