Had my initial consult with Dr Eleri to have my wisdom teeth removed, she was fantastic at calming nerves, answering any questions and walking through how the procedure will go step by step. Very welcoming atmosphere

I was totally stressed, worried and freaking out about having a procedure for periodontal disease.
From the moment Jackie answered the phone, I was already feeling better and slightly calmer about attending.
My initial consultation with Dr Shorab and Lisa could not have gone better. They were both kind, caring and patient with my stressed out state. Dr even guided me through yoga breathing to calm me. Dr spent time explaining my issues, treatment and future maintenance.
Then the actual procedure! I was again stressed, but I knew I was in good hands.
My sincere gratitude to the team. I highly recommend this practice.

The team at North Queensland Surgical Dentistry are absolutely fantastic, they are compassionate, professional and dedicated to ensuring the very best for their patients. If you’re looking for the best Townsville has to offer, look no further. I’m a complete baby when it comes to dental procedures, but Rob and his team have always shown understanding and empathy. I’m no longer scared of going to the dentist. Rob is a perfectionist which ensures amazing results, Sharon is the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever experienced, in fact all of the staff here are wonderful people. I’ve had crowns replaced, as well as a dental implant, with sedation options available. I couldn’t be happier with how my teeth look now, and owe it all to North Queensland Surgical Dentistry.

I have been a client for NQ Surgical dental since the beginning of 2024, and I am very happy with the friendly and professional service that this clinic provides me with on each and every visit. The way I found out about the clinic was at the beginning of the year when I required an emergency extraction of a failed molar, I arrived Here at the Surgey and the surgeon carefully and painlessly extracted the dead tooth before any serious infection may have taken place, a few months later I had a crown fitted to another tooth and DR Robb and his dental assistant did an amazing job with this procedure, I owe my pleasant and shameless smile to Sharon the wonderful dental hygienist who thoroughly and carefully cleans and polishes my teeth every four months. This Clinic is a wonderful Clinic and I am always welcomed by all of the amazing staff here who are warm and caring, and go above and beyond to meet all of my dental needs, The NQ Surgical dentistry is a very friendly place where you can leave your anxiety at the door and know that you will be in the most amazing and professional hands that anyone would hope for. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has any fear or reservations about seeing a dentist, they are the Best in Townsville.

Best experience I have had at the dentist. From reception, to dental nurse to Periodontist. Everyone put me at ease, listened and were just wonderful. I was dreading the procedure, but I was able to be sedated and after care has been fabulous. Thank you for looking after me, highly recommend to anyone who gets nervous at dentists or likes professionalism.
