I fully recommend linking with NQ Quality Care!

Having been connected with NQ Quality care with extremely high recommendations form my support co-ordinator and others I have spoken with I could not be happier.

The response was very quick and it did not take long for the NQ Quality Care team to organise the initial meet with me to discuss my needs, likes and dislikes. I was surprised then they asked me about what I don't like. But, I was informed this information is use to ensure that they find the best support worker for me. So, if I didn't like a chatty person or a quiet person, they could find a team member who was happy with my preference.

Shortly after, they found a support worker that was able to help me where needed and organised an initial meet to confirm that we got along and that both myself and the worker felt comfortable.

I have found that communication has had no fault. The team members that I have communicated with have acted very professional and respectful towards myself, my family and my home. I never felt rushed or like I have been judged in any way.

I am so surprised with how fast and easy they have made the process feel for me. Thank you so much! It means so much to me!

It is the relative of a past acquittance/boss and close friend trying to push blame off themselves by behaving shamefully and just so, so disrespectfully)

I just saw this review when I went to look up the phone number and am pretty disgusted at the way the owners of this company are being slandered. Even the bosses who should be managing and expanding or whatever bosses do are doing shifts to make sure everyone's needs are accommodated to the best of their ability. If you're looking for a company I'm not saying this will necessarily be the support company for you but it's the company/management I've stayed with for multiple years due to their genuine care especially becuase of my aspergers extra care and understanding is needed. Basically just trying to say don't let that Brittany lady's review stop you from checking it out at least because in my opinion (and I've been in the system since 13) they provide the best level of care in Townsville they chose a good name.

Honestly am embarrassed for these lady’s at this point. Disgusting and shameful behaviour and actions towards myself and my grieving family. The audacity of some individuals absolutely shocks me. Nat would have been greatly ashamed and disappointed of these lady’s that pretended to be her friends and work colleagues.
