Absolutely hopeless, booked in 3 weeks in advance, recieved a confirmation message reminder a couple of days ago saying i was booked in at nowra confirming it, I get there and they tell me im not booked in, and then say im booked in at st georges basin, even though the confirmation message says Nowra. Its hard enough going through everything we have already been through with having a premmie baby and dealing with all the medical appointments let alone having to take him out of the house in the cold just to deal with their incompetence.
