I visited the hospital because my eyes were inflamed and swollen. I saw a doctor named Joseph at the hospital. He diagnosed me with severe otitis media and symptoms due to dust allergies, prescribing medication for nasal irrigation and allergies. However, as time passed, my eyes didn't improve, so I went to another hospital where it was discovered that due to the inflammation, pus had accumulated under my eyes, requiring surgery. The doctors at the other hospital mentioned that if I had received proper treatment early on, surgery wouldn't have been necessary, as my symptoms were not related to otitis media or dust allergies.

All the doctors are very smart and kind. Dr Oh is my GP and he's a very kind and suitable doctor for young and old patients. The receptionists are very good at their jobs and are very nice. Waiting time is at most 10-15minutes. Highly recommended.
