Novacorr Healthcare made a custom made lift chair for my husband. The chair looks great, the motor is quiet and has all the required features (eg goes back flat for sleeping, pockets for TV remote and phone). Also it has washable covers for the arms, back and seat. We're very happy with the chair. Thank you

We have had an electric bed provided by Novacorr Healthcare for the last 10 years. The electric bed has been excellent and has greatly enhanced the quality of life of my eldest son who has cerebral palsy. Most recently we had a problem with the wireless controller and Novacorr provided excellent customer service to address the issue in a very prompt manner.

I am an OT and was very impressed with the customer service of novacorr staff recently. I phoned after hours when my client's bed suddenly stopped working. 2 staff members returned my urgent calls and talked me through trouble shooting as I drove to the client's home. I was able to use this info and fix the bed when I arrived. The client's portable hoist had got caught and disconnected the power but it wasn't obvious visually I was able to reconnect power and reset the controller so that the bed worked. The quick response avoided an urgent search for respite or an unsafe night on the floor. I really appreciated the excellent customer service provided by Novacorr. Thankyou.

Novacorr [Keith who started the business] provided me with a custom made electric bed some ten years ago and it turned my life around. I have used a wheelchair for my mobility for more than 30 years & had reached the stage that without this bed I couldn't transfer. Recently for the first time it malfunctioned. Novacorr staff immediately sourced the required parts & today two of the nicest men came and fixed it. What a pleasure it is to be associated with such great people and know they have your back. Warning- paid a deposit in 25th August 23 for a chair with one clear design requirement, agreed with the General Manager.
Before taking receipt of the chair, at fitting, with the General Manager, it was clear to all that they had not met that design requirement.
The General Manager offered a full refund and I accepted.
They then employed extended delaying tactics via email before eventually repaying only part of the refund.
I prepared records and papers for QCAT, summarising and copying e-mail chains etc, with a conclusive case.
Before serving papers, and after my fourth knee replacement I fell, broke my femur, and was then diagnosed with brain cancer.
I will not be able to pursue the case, and the delaying tactics have therefore worked.
No, I would definitely not recommend this company.

This company is amazing, from the first demonstration to the making of it and the delivery this has been 100% perfect. All the staff have been great a special thanks to Sally for going far and beyond for me. This chair is amazing, sturdy, comfy and strong. I would highly recommend Novacorr too everyone there that good after i brought my chair ive even brought a bed hand made for me. And last of all there pretty good on there prices too.

I purchased x 1 bed for my mother as she is elderly and the delivery driver dropped 4 out of 8 items as required.
I have been chasing the company and the drivers for the past month with no feedback or results.
My mother is being discharged from hospital this coming Monday and she has no bed to sleep on.
Do not I repeat do not trust or purchase a bed from this company not only will you be inconvenienced you will be supporting a company that’s all about getting a sale to then not providing the product.
Disgraceful to say the least.
I’ll make a deal with you Novacorr - deliver the bed and I’ll take this review down, not blackmail just leverage to get what’s owed and entitled to.
