I walked out before the consultation with Dr. Yee Kong had ended due to a clear lack of care and understanding. He was reluctant to provide a referral and repeatedly questioned why we weren’t attending a family practice — something that was irrelevant, as we were there seeking medical assistance. I later sought a second opinion at a different clinic, where the doctor confirmed that my concerns were valid and required prompt medical attention. I'm very disappointed with the experience, but grateful I trusted my instincts — something didn’t feel right during that consultation, and I was right to follow up elsewhere.

It was a public holiday and I'd been bitten by a spider so needed to see a doctor. I was given an appointment straight away with a lovely, kind doctor and as there was no nurse available he gave me the tetanus shot himself. I was very impressed with the clinic and the staff were all polite, professional and efficient.

Amazing doctor's surgery! I can't recommend it enough. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, efficient and accommodating. The lady doctor I met was very kind, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns. I highly recommend.

Saved me! I cut my hand pretty badly at work right when everything would be closing. I went here and the nurse cleaned up the wound and called the doctor into look at it. He said it would need stitches and could fit me in between his appointments. Wasn't much of a wait at all. Thank you so much to nurse Elizabeth for staying on late to tend to me and to Dr Pareek for fitting me in and stitching me back up. Highly recommended.
