I had my appointment with
Shahib Samadi today for eye exam. Sahib was very friendly, enjoyed a few laughs and provided a great service to both my elderly mum and myself. Norwest General Practice is a great health care provider with great reception staff, friendly and kind doctors and awesome pharmacy. Thank you to the whole team for looking after my family.

Extremely friendly and helpful receptionists to accommodate us in their tight waiting list as we arrived 15 min late due to morning heavy traffic. GPs were not so friendly and all they think about was getting rid of us to sneak in another customer. The first GP wasn’t happy as we were late and didn’t want to visit us. The ladies at the reception did put us with another GP and he was in such a big rush to visit and get rid of us so that he forgot to ask if we need a certificate for work!
Go somewhere else if you can. Not a good experience.

This is our regular doctor, generally we have a good experience. However providing feedback on todays appointment, I arrived early and couldn’t get a parking spot so called and was suggested to wait or cancel the appointment. So I parked in a disabled spot til one became available. I walked in and was told the doctor is running very late, maybe 1.5 hours. I asked if someone else could see my baby and was told they don’t have anyone. I then asked why they didn’t call me and they said they don’t do that. My options were to wait (with kids), cancel or do a Telehealth. The receptionist repeatedly told me it wasn’t their fault loudly. It wasn’t my fault, I had an appointment, arrived on time, Lack of compassion , perhaps they should have a system when significant appointments go over time.

Great clinic, also good services on site. Sometimes seeing my requested doctor means I have to wait to get an appointment- but she is worth it 👍

I'm so grateful to have Dr Aaron Tan as my family's GP - not only does he have an incredible depth of knowledge and skill in his profession, but he is also an incredibly warm and compassionate doctor whose genuine care and kindness makes others feel at ease. The staff and doctors at Norwest General Practice are amazing. They are so caring and happy to help. Dr Alison Ting is about the nicest doctor you could ask for and the ladies on the front desk are helpful. Thank you for looking after me and my mum.

I would recommend this practice. The reception staff are efficient and pleasant. My GP is Dr Joanne Ma. Dr Ma is caring and kind, and is a skilled and knowledgeable doctor. She has a welcoming manner, and she has my complete confidence.
