I went in for an iron transfusion and had an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. The staff were professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I would just like to say I highly recommend Norwest Central Healthcare I have been a patient of Doctor Saad for the last 20 years, and if you are looking for a compassionate, helpful, caring, and thorough doctor look no further then Norwest Central Healthcare The team there are the best there Julie and Amanda and the rest of them will go above and beyond if I can’t see Dr Linda Saad I will see another doctor and they are just as good as her they go above and beyond they care about your well-being and health. Nothing is too small or big they help you in anyway they can so if you are looking. Four a new practice that has your best interest at heart look no further than Norwest Central Healthcare

Complete waste of time and money. I had an appointment at 2:15 PM but wasn’t seen until around 2:35 PM – despite the consultation lasting less than 6 minutes. The doctor asked a few completely irrelevant questions, clearly just to tick the boxes, and clock in some minutes to qualify it as a full consult to charge more.
Nothing of real medical value was offered.
They charged $70 for this brief and unhelpful consultation, of which my insurance only refunded $42.85 – leaving me with a ridiculous gap fee.

I meant to leave the review on this wonderful practice for so long but with my ongoing health condition, I am making the review now- this should have been more than 1 year ago.
Norwest Central Healthcare team are truly professional and compassionate group of medical team to look out for the best treatment for their patient.
I get ongoing care and the dedication I get from Reception (:) you know whom I refer to), Nursing staffs (Thumbs up for you) and Dr Saad (my vocabulary is so limited to describe level of length Dr Saad would recommend for her patient in their best medical interest and being for knowledgable).
Since I have been under care of NCHC, I recommend numerous times to my loved one when they were struggling to get any decent care from their previous GP/ Medical team.
NCHC team, thank you for your amazing support and helping me.

The staff at Norwest Central Healthcare are amazing! Dr Linda Saad is the best GP I've been to. She actually cares and takes the time to listen and explain everything, which has been rare in my experience.

I usually see Dr Saad but when I needed an urgent appointment and couldn't get in to see her, I saw Dr Smitha instead. Dr Smitha us excellent. She is caring, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and thorough during the examination. I am very happy to go and see Dr Smitha again if I'm unable to see my regular GP. If you are looking for a great GP, I would highly recommend Dr Smitha.
