Doctors are amazing but the booking system really needs some revamps. The last 5 times I have booked an appointment we have waited over an hour after our approved appointment time. I appreciate that some days there might be delays but 5 times consistently is not right. I have an 8 month old baby that we bring and we request times that are around the baby’s sleep schedule. If there is delay let us know and how long the delay is not just us waiting with no ETA. It’s frustrating waiting for an appointment that we booked. We were attended to 1.5 hours after our initial appointment. My son was exhausted as were myself and wife after a day of work.

Something you can maybe improve on is calling patients that have an appointment and let them know there is an hour delay and come after an hour so we can relax at home and not be annoyed waiting at the doctors.

PS: I need to say this again the Doctors are amazing and professional but the overall experience has taken over the amazing work the doctors do. This review is not about the doctors but the medical centres processes.

As someone who's experienced neonatal loss, I am extremely disappointed and frightened by the lack of insight and sensitivity health professionals (doctors) have when supporting someone who has experienced/are experiencing pregnancy and infant loss. I saw Dr Abeera following a suspected chemical pregnancy. Not only did I have to retell the story of how my firstborn died last year (because she forgot who I was), I felt dismissed and invalidated. To be told that I must just be on my period (even though I reported passing lots of blood clots) since my blood test results came back negative, and that the multiple pregnancy tests I took on different days must just be a false positive is so very dismissive. It also terrifies me that she didn't know what could cause a false positive, or seemed to not know what a chemical pregnancy is. I genuinely hope that these doctors can do better when it comes to caring for and supporting bereaved parents, but I won't be returning to this practice.

I recently had surgery and was so impressed by the care I received from the medical staff. My nurse Dahlia was exceptional—skilled, gentle, and thorough in doing my dressing. She made me feel at ease during the whole process. Kiran,the front desk lady was equally amazing—warm, welcoming, and always greeted me with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness made my recovery much more pleasant. Best service I've experienced in a medical setting. Highly recommended!

My appointment was at 4:00 pm and it is 4:45 pm and I am still waiting. 15-20 mins delay may be acceptable but anything above 30 mins is really frustrating. The main reason for appointment here is to save time. This is the second time I have experienced this kind of delay. Very annoying.

I get very nervous going anywhere other than my regular gp, especially being a woman and having mental health and reproductive conditions but I highly recommend this centre. The receptionist was lovely and Dr Mohan was excellent. Trust and bedside manner is so important to me, so I will definitely be coming to you guys outside of my regular gp’s hours.

Saw Dr Nooshin Alavi Naeini. I went in late at night after getting facial scrub in my left eye, with a scratching feeling every time I blinked and my eye was constantly watery.

I was told I was having an allergic reaction. When I reiterated my symptoms and what had happened, she repeated the 'allergic reaction' diagnosis and ignored my concerns. She tested my eye discharge for signs of infection and prescribed $90 worth of eyedrops and advised me to take antihistamines. I got the eyedrops as I was uncomfortable and wanted to try it in the hopes they might help.

The scratching was still present the next day so I followed my gut instinct and went to an optometrist, who examined my eye, saw scratches on the surface of my eye and then removed the grain of exfoliant that was stuck underneath my upper eyelid. Instant relief.

Glad I got a second opinion.

We were happy with the practise earlier but have had disappointing experiences recently. I had booked a Tele-consult appointment. I didn't receive any call on the booked time. I call 2 time after an hour and was told doctor is running late and will call back. After I called again after 3 hours the doctor had left and I was told that they had called at my booked time and I didn't pick up. This has happened second time to us.
