Called ahead of time to check if they accepted work cover review, got the green light and told to bring paperwork. Dr refused to see me, and would not agree to pass on feedback to the staff who gave me the green light... Don't waste your time

Took afternoon off work and waited an hour and thirty minutes to see the sole GP. Doctor appeared at four o'clock to the desserted waiting room and questioned the receptionist as to why I was still there. Receptionist replied that maybe I had not checked. I called the receptionist out on this and her colleague looked at me dumb founded. Doctor questioned the receptionist who then conceded she had forgotten to book me in.
Doctor turned around and replied he could not see me now as he had a appointment elsewhere and promptly returned to his office.
This was a reasonable practice a few years ago but now is just a shambles.

This clinic is well managed and very convenient to CBD commuters. I have been visiting Dr.Rakesh for couple of years never had any bad experience. They are busy at peak hours but if you could wait even a walk-in they would consider and provide best medical advise. They also have pathology lab in house which is great help as you don't have to run around for most of the tests. Front Desk staff are very friendly provide you best possible advise for the appointments.

Taking afternoon off of work for an appointment, just to come to the place a see a piece of paper outside the clinic noticing the NEW location is 8km away. You would think they could have told me during the process to make an appointment.

Went here last 18/08/21 for my first jab. The clinic is located inside a commercial building. No free parking. I have noticed the Fish tank need a thorough cleaning. Its an eye sore.

This is by far the worst bulk billing practice I've ever experienced.

I've a few health conditions that needed to be looked into and have seen 2 different doctors for these. Each doctor is as bad as eachother. They are nothing but rude, they will not listen to what you have to say or try to explain your symptoms. Because they're the doctors right ? Well they've misdiagnosed me and dismissed me and my health concerns. They just insult you and push you out the door.

Don't get me started on the reception. The ladies are just as rude if not worse. The most impolite of receiption staff.

Highly do not recommend this practice. Please do not leave your health concerns in the hands of these bunch of rude inconsiderate so called 'doctors' anywhere would be better then here. It's unfathomable how they are even still running as a practice.

One of the most if not the most incompetent centre ive ever seen in both the quality of doctors, wait time and reception friendliness. The only business that advertises appointments so you can sit there anyway like a walk in anyway for 1.5 hrs as the doctor goes slower so he can get tax funded overtime. Google is frighteningly more useful the most doctors here. How can a practice continue to operate at 2 stars?

Shocking patient care by Dr. Behnaz. I’ve never walked out of a doctors appointment before, but I couldn’t handle another minute of her lack of care. Very clear she wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible, didn’t listen to what I was saying, cut me off when speaking, very rough/aggressive with her throat lymph node check- coughed and brought tears to my eyes because she squeezed my windpipe so hard. As well as aggressively pressing on my stomach and saying “stop tensing your muscles!”
I was seeking help managing depression and anxiety, instead I left feeling much worse. Waste of time!
