No flexibility, high cost and make sure they quickly get the money out of you. Watch out for the outrageous 3 day cancellation policy as you'll get charged for no delivery of service real fast - feels slightly unlawful but definitely disingenuous.

After constantly retreading my issues we still don’t work on techniques for alleviating anything.
After the session I was made to pay an additional $100 because they made a mistake on when I needed a new referral.
After telling the receptionist, this is essentially the issue that I’ve been having that no one‘s been listened to me and I’m being gaslight and I’m getting emotional at the reception and them to ask my psychologist to please come out… she didn’t come out tho as it was her mistake and still don’t want to give me any tools to help me in these stressful/emotional situations.
2 psychologists in one year because one moved to another practice… this place has systemic issues that won’t ever be resolved, it should be shut down for good and I should get a refund for my last session.
