This clinic is exceptional and deserves widespread recognition! They provide free initial emergency care, even for non-Australian citizens (no medicare or money needed). The reception process was seamless, with minimal waiting time, and I was able to see a doctor in about 30 minutes. I had my right arm placed in a cast and saved a significant amount of money—truly an early Christmas gift.

The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. Thank you for the excellent care. I sincerely hope the government establishes more facilities like this in Brisbane and other towns. Once again, my heartfelt thanks!

I recently moved to Stafford heights and learnt about UCC Northshore through Google search. The whole experience was smooth. Upon entering was immediately served by reception, filled online form, nurse did preliminary checked in less than 30 min and doctor saw me about hour and later. The place was house full and servicing time was good considering that. Highly recommend

Came in with a cut on my palm that required stitches, from the moment I walked in the lovely receptionist Paige was ready to help and me feel comfortable, within minutes I had been seen and was out in no time. Susanna was amazing and the doctor fixing me up eased me and my anxiety so much along the process. Amazing service, amazing staff!

Have attended this clinic as both patient & support person several times when a wait in emergency would have been next to impossible.
Fortunately not long wait times yet every time we received excellent support, a clear follow up step and in one very stressful case exactly the guidance necessary to fast track a difficult situation.

Some years ago during a medical
emergency I was left for 9 hours in a bed in a forgotten room in emergency after being given a morphine dose. The nurse who found me was astonished I’d been there since 5.30am & got me to a clinic with intense nursing care where it took me 15 days to stabilise.

Any situation where one can be seen in a relatively short time frame & sent on for the next step with documentation has to be smart … & efficient.

Dear Management,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the unprofessional and disorganised experience I had at your facility on December 30, 2024 when I visited seeking urgent care for bad kidney stone pain.

I arrived at your clinic at 1:00 PM in considerable pain and was made to wait for 2.5 hours without any clear communication regarding when I would be seen. When my husband approached the reception desk during this time to inquire about the wait, he was informed that there was only one person ahead of me. Based on this information, we expected to be seen shortly.

However, after waiting an additional 30 minutes, I approached the desk again, only to be told that you could not provide an exact wait time or clarify how many people were ahead of me due to the triage system. This conflicting information was both confusing and deeply frustrating. It demonstrated a lack of transparency and professionalism in handling patients, especially those in significant pain.

Kidney stone pain is widely recognized as one of the most severe forms of pain. I find it unacceptable that this was not prioritized appropriately or at least communicated in a compassionate and professional manner. If there were indeed more urgent cases, I would have appreciated clear, consistent communication about the delay rather than misleading or vague responses.

Due to this poor handling of my situation, I had no choice but to leave without receiving the care I urgently needed. This experience not only caused unnecessary distress but also eroded my trust in your facility.

I wish that I had the option here to give zero star rating to your facility.

Everyone at Kedron Urgent Care Clinic is very personable and knowledgeable. I've been here for myself, my partner and my daughter all for different ailments and had a great experience being treated. I wish we always had these clinics, they're great especially when you can't get to your regular GP. Pleasant setting too with a little colouring table for kids.

Cut my finger tip with veggie peeler. Didn't stop bleeding over night so I checked in at the Centre.

Very impressed. The receptionist, nurse and docter were all lovely. Upon arrival I was explained how the process works and that I am seen by importance and not by first come, first served. I was right there at the opening so I was quite lucky and it didn't take long.
