Booked over a week in advance with Dr Rebecca George. Website stated Dr George was taking new patients. Received a voicemail from the practice 20mins before my appointment to advise my appointment was not going ahead due to Dr George not taking new patients on short notice. Advised to call to reschedule. Later same day, I received an invoice for $180 no show fee. I had not called to reschedule as yet, but the voicemail left said my appointment was not going ahead. Why am I getting billed for an appointment they cancelled?

Saw Dr Penny & the nurse for a quick procedure last week and had the best experience. Lovely people including the receptionists who made me as comfortable as possible and treated me with the upmost respect. I felt welcome and safe. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend.

No old, rude, middle aged white male doctors here!
