I’ve been calling the clinic every other day regarding a payment reversal, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Each time, I’m assured — very confidently — that the refund will be processed within 24 hours, yet nothing happens. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I had a great experience during my visits, where the doctor was very kind and helpful. However, on my second visit, I had to leave after waiting for over 35 minutes due to a prior commitment. I understand that sometimes schedules can run behind, but it would be fantastic if appointment management could be improved. This way, patients can avoid waiting too long and feeling rushed. Overall, I appreciate the care I received and look forward to visiting again.

I had a few appointments with Dr Jay and he is very good. He is good always and on time. I am giving 1 star for dietician as went 2 times and waited too long for the appointment. Waited approximately more than 30 mins each time. Second appointment I left the clinic after 40 mins of my actual time but still didn’t get chance see Dr.
