Very bad customer service. They will ask us to wait for hours even though we have the appointment.

Most doctors no longer offer bulk billing, which I find laughable considering the poor level of care and service from all the doctors I've seen here, including the ones complimented by other reviewers.

I still recall seeing doctors here during lockdown so I could refill a script, and some doctors looked judgmental and disgusted like they assume all patients coming in have covid. Also the female doctor who performed a cervical pap smear was so rough, I was traumatised for weeks afterwards.

I don't visit the doctors often so put up with the atrocious service here for the last few years. Since they now expect to charge for dreadful service I have since moved to another medical centre that still bulk bills and has better doctors who seem to genuinely care about their patients' health and wellbeing rather than padding their pockets. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Poor customer service and they have a rude receptionist. The female doctor is not caring and lazy, she told me she can't access my record due to first visit with her and asked me to call the department myself to find out my record. Whole hour waiting and saw her for nothing! I went to see other GP, also first time see that GP, she was able to show me all my records in the system. I was wondered why she can't do it while others GP can? The only reason is her laziness. Anyway, no more second visit .

I was misdiagnosed 3 times at this medical centre and then the doctor basically gave up and told me to go somewhere else. I got a second opinion from another surgery who helped me solve my problem. This clinic is all about high turn over of patients and I will never go here again.

Very professional doctors, However customer service lady Shirlin is very unprofessional, does not receive phone calls, I kept ringing for important referral letter just to be emailed, doesn’t pick up till 40 mins, my specialist appointment was cancelled and I couldn’t get another appointment till next year. I showed her proof 40 mins phone call wait, simply says too busy no time to pick up phone call, despite two people working on front.

Poor service and poor excuses. All three of my regular GPs were on holiday. I had surgery 8 days ago and had run out of pain medication. The Dr at this clinic confirmed the above by calling my GP surgery. Even after taking the time to make sure I really was in need of the medication the Dr refused to right me a script. So it looks like I'll have to put up with the pain until my regular GP comes back.

Went here for the first time today as I have not been very happy with other local medical centre's lately. I found my experience the same as other excellent reviews already posted. Upon entering, the receptionist was friendly & welcoming, I was seen on time by the Doctor, maybe even a few minutes early. My doctor was very knowledgeable and I was happy with advice and service I received. As per other reviews I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, I just hope it doesn't get to popular and hard to make an appointment. 🙂

If you’re looking for a good doctor then look no further, Northmead Medical Centre is the best in the west. Dr Cai is wonderful! He never rushes you & more importantly he’s a great Doctor who really knows his stuff! Reception staff are all very welcoming, especially Andrew! Never had a long wait & lots of easy parking.
