If you want to wait an hour after your COVID vaccination booking this is the place to go. There’s no separate queue for vaccinations so you’re stuck inside (with sick people) while you wait your turn. The waiting area is tiny so it’s impossible to keep your distance from others. When I asked the receptionist how much longer before my turn, she said 15 minutes (despite there being 2 ahead of me). It has now been 20 minutes since then and still waiting ?

After making an appointment, confirming my booking 3 times, sit and complete a new patient questionnaire, wait for the designated doctor who was running late , get called into the consultation room, asked how I can be assisted and TURNED AWAY with the excuse that they don't take new patients which is contrary to their own Introduction - and why let me go through the whole process then ? I am bewildered- I have never been turned away in a consultation - wow
