I recently left a one-star review due to my experience at this medical center. In the past, it used to be a good facility. However, our family doctor had to leave the center to be with family after the onset of COVID. Since then, the center has undergone significant changes, and it's evident that for the current staff, it's just a job.

The staff's attitude has become notably unpleasant, making my family feel uncomfortable, especially a lady at the reception. She doesn't even say goodbye when ending a phone call while I'm still attempting to book an appointment. She simply hangs up after informing me that there are no available appointments.

I called to schedule appointments for both myself and my husband, explicitly confirming with the receptionists if it was acceptable to see the doctor together. Everything seemed fine until we attended our appointments. I informed Dr. Aaron about the reason for my visit, but he quickly diverted the conversation to something unrelated. It felt like he wasn't actually listening to me, and I left the appointment feeling rushed and unsatisfied.

When I mentioned a lump on my jaw, Dr. Aaron suggested coming back another day because he needed to see my husband. Despite my concerns about the lump, he insisted on delaying it. Fortunately, my husband transferred his appointment to me, and I was able to address my concerns. Now, I need a skin cancer check and potentially another test for the lump.

I left the doctor's office feeling grateful that I advocated for myself, as I might have missed a potential health scare. It seemed like Dr. Aaron was more focused on wrapping up appointments for the day rather than addressing patients' concerns. Consequently, my family and I have decided not to continue seeking medical care at this center.

A good general practice, friendly staff and not a long wait at all , general parking and disabled parking adjacent the doctors medical center, Priceline pharmacy right next door . No body likes going to the doctors but I was straight in and out with the pharmacy right next door.

Unfortunately I love my doctor but won’t be back as I have never been to a doctors surgery where the receptionist staff are so rude unhelpful, disrespectful. I couldn’t get an appointment for weeks. I need the appointment for my drivers licence. I need to go to another doctor surgery. They have to send a request for my records. Then she said it would take a few days. I asked why so long she said your not the only patient Janelle. I’ve tolerated for years but enough is enough! I

Absolutely disgusted in the service given at Northlakes. My kids and I have been going to the surgery for a very long time and todays phone call was no exception to many I have had with the reception staff! They are rude, demeaning and have no people skills. The centre should definitely look at the staff they have dealing with sick and injured patients. Appalling to say the least!

The Receptionist has no people's skills at all, she should just do administration and not answer phone calls very RUDE putting the phone down in my ear!!! I will not tolerate that!!! Respect the patient that phones the Doctor, I appreciate the Doctor but not the receptionist!!!! Get somebody that has MANNERS!!!

Very disappointed receptionist was not helpful at all. I'm an existing patient.because I haven't seen the doctor for awhile I need to fill out the forms again to see the doctor. Well I'm sorry I haven't been sick. so you just cancell my hot doc appointment just like that. Time to change medical centre's for my hole family to people who care.

Horrible, receptionists are rude, nasty people, shouldn’t be employed, always talking to you like you’re an inconvenience. The doctors have no idea what they’re talking about, terrible at keeping times with appointments. Last straw, wouldn’t recommend AT ALL.
