I recently visited Northern Rivers Hemp while on holiday, and I had such a great experience. Crystal was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. I learned so much about their products and was even able to test a few in-store. I ended up purchasing the Hemp Gold Oil and a T-shirt designed by a local artist.

I did encounter a minor issue with a faulty bottle of oil, but Crystal’s customer service was exceptional. They provided me with several options to resolve the issue, ensuring I could choose the one that suited me best. Since I was just visiting the area, I really appreciated that they went the extra mile to post me a replacement.

As for the oil itself has been incredible. I suffer from lower back pain, and after using the Hemp Gold Oil for over a week, I’ve already noticed a significant difference. Normally, my pain limits my activity levels, but the oil has allowed me to do more than I could before.

This wonderfully natural oil is a god send for me as someone who suffers from chronic pain from many origins. It calms my nerve pain and neutralises arthritic pain in my back, hips, shoulders and knees. Sleep was hard to achieve… now I massage any areas that hurt about 1/2 hr before going to bed and the oil has numbed the pain so I can get to sleep. Still need my pain meds but achieving restful sleep has improved my mood and allowed me to get limited mobility now. THANY-YOU!!!!

I visited the shop in Nimbin several months ago, and was given a great deal of information about hemp and hemp oil. Bought a couple bottles. I immediately began to sleep better at night. Also have moderate pain relief. Re-ordered three bottles last week. Got an email today saying that they shipped incorrect products (hemp oil infused in sunflower oil instead of in olive oil). The message invited me to keep the incorrect bottles (at no charge), and said that the correct product will be shipped right away. GREAT error recovery! I will definitely continue being a customer.

I started using your hemp oil on my osteoarthritis foot and for neuropathic pain in my legs. Wow, just WOW! My foot is near pain free and the nerve pain has eased off considerably. No more pharmaceutical products for me. It was destroying my stomach. The oil is working a miracle for me. Totally recommend your product to everyone. Buying more for my mum in law.
