I Was referred here. While booking, I was told a certain amount and at the end, I was charged a different amount. I was told that it was a long appoitment that's why the charges were higher. I told the guy, who was half interested in customer service, at reception that I was told by the doctor's assistant to wait for 15 minutes after the first assessment and we were kept waiting for around 50 minutes. He said it takes that much time generally for an appointment overall. If it takes that much time generally, then tell the patients clearly that what are your regular charges and then they can vary with the length of a regular appointment.

I was very nervous about attending an eye specialist especially having type 2 diabetes and suffering from PTSD and needle phobic.
A support person accompanied me as I explained my issues to staff and that I could be triggered and become emotional but I could not control this.
The Doctor and other medical staff were Fabulous. Supporting me with respect and empathy and accommodating for my support person to be in the room with me albeit they had less room to move or work in.
I'm not going to lie and say my fear has gone, as I will need to undergo the same procedures on a regular basis and feel comfortable enough to use this service again.

Our recent appointment at the Mawson Lakes clinic could not be faulted , the girls at reception were very friendly & attended to us in a very timely manner. The nurse who assisted my son with his eye test was understanding & personable, making sure he wasn’t rushed through the process. Dr Taranath also took the time to discuss options & recommendations with us. After patient follow up has also been excellent. I have no hesitations recommending this clinic .

My daughter recently attended to see Dr Taranath, for what can be a not so nice experience for a young child the staff made us feel very comfortable. The facilities are beautiful, clean and modern. The reception staff were warm, welcoming and professional. Our experience with Dr Taranath was great, she was very clear and concise and I left with a great understanding of my daughters medical information. We will definitely utilise the clinic again.

The team at Elizabeth Vale were outstanding! I had an emergency and the Reception staff were so accommodating in having me seen within a couple of hours of me phoning. Stephanie was excellent in diagnosing and treating me and I left feeling relieved and happy. Thank you very much to you all!

The Reception Team was superb.

The nurses were brilliant.
Dr Sudha Cugati is very pleasant, while equally very thorough.
Their professional service is highly recommended.
