Absolutely disgraceful. Came in needing medical help and was refused entry unless I bought a mask—despite them having a full box sitting behind the counter of about 50 masks, charging a dollar a mask they are turning a profit last..... They clearly care more about making a quick buck than helping people. It’s a health clinic, not a vending machine. Shameful behavior in a place that’s supposed to care for the community.

I recently had an appointment with a female doctor and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I came prepared to discuss my personal preferences for my care, However, she did not seem open to my input and became noticeably dismissive after I shared my thoughts. Rather than engaging in a respectful dialogue, she responded with attitude and was, at times, uncomfortably rude. I felt unheard and undervalued as a patient, which made the entire experience uncomfortable.
I believe a good doctor should consider the needs and preferences of their patients and adapt care where possible. Sadly, this wasn’t my experience here. I hope that she takes steps to improve her communication with patients. My appointment was an morning appointment but the reception had moved my appointment to an afternoon appointment and I attended it and she was so unhappy with it. stating “ I am fully booked right now and I don’t know how they gave you this” to me this isn’t my business and she had to deal with it at her own time with her own clinic. She had no rights to make me feel like that. I asked for something important to me and she didn’t give it to me because she was too busy while I was with her in the appointment.

Why does it feel like these recipient's are force to answer the phone. The way they talk to their patients are so rude always trying to hang up the phone before solving problems. This clinic should get shut down.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this clinic. The receptionist was shockingly rude, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. On top of that, the waiting time was excruciatingly long, making me question why I even bothered to schedule an appointment. I won't be returning to this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not even worth the wait!!!

If there was a Zero star, i would give it to them.
The doctors are so unprofessional. They dont even check you properly and will give you medicines for nothing and no reason at all.
It took my GP 1 year to send me to an ear specialist about my ear infection, he kept giving me drops that were not working at all.

If u don’t want to ended up in the hospital because of wrong prescription don’t attend this clinic. For my mum and my niece they have given a medication that worsened my mum health conditions and for niece they gave a wrong medication. When communications with patients they are so rude, Like I had anxiety and depression, during an appointment they were keep saying u have mental problems. They have zero customer services.

I have had a bad experience with this clinic first day I called booked an appointment and arrived 5 mins before my time and waited almost one hour to see the doctor and the doctor booked another appontment for my child for treatment the next day and the next day I got a call from clinic that said come afternoon which again we waited for an hour then they cancelled the treatment and ended up with no treatment. west of time they don't value the time of people and I don't believe why still people going there.

The doctors are very caring & supportive, hence time management sometimes falls away (but that's because they see us as individual people). They've got your back & plan treatment around you holistically - thankyou
