On behalf of myself as the Chair/Secretary of our complex, I would like to acknowledge the excellent customer service that Northern Body Corporate Management (NBCM) have provided. We transferred to NBCM in November 2024 having had bad experiences with our former property management entity who on many occasions showed examples of unconscionable conduct as defined in the Queensland Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997, Clause 1 of schedule 2 Code of Conduct for body corporate managers and caretaking service contractors.

NBCM was highly recommended to us as a small ethical locally run family business. In the short term that we have transferred to NBCM I would like to thank Cameron, Ivy and the team for their efficient and courteous service. Most of all it is a pleasure to deal with a company that is ethical, professional and competent in all that they do.

Whilst it is not in my remit to try and influence anyone, if anybody out there is experiencing difficulty with their current property management group, please consider the advantage of taking the first step to transition and I can commend NBCM for all of the reasons above.

Thank you NBCM we are very happy to have made this transition and look forward to a long term relationship into the future.

I Sold a unit to a Lady and I think she thinks she owns the whole Block..I was put on the Body Corp by her..When things did go her Way, EVE took me off..Just Saying..I have asked EVE to Come to Cardwell to look at the Mess of the Block..eve says she is to Busy. What is going on between one Unit Owner from Townsville & EVE..I received very NASTY TEXTS from Elizabeth'..WHO HAS TAKEN OVEVER THE Cleaning of the Block, The Tentants here shouldn't have to live under these Conditions when they Pay high Rent, Can someone Reply urgent as I have Photos to back up the Statement..i was told by Eve that it has nothing to do with me as a Tentant..Just Saying..

Northern Body Corporate Management took over the management of the Estate where I live some 8 months ago. They are reliable, professional, friendly and collectively the Team holds a wealth of knowledge. They ensure any strata matter for the Estate is dealt with immediately and professionally, plus no problem is too difficult for them to resolve.
I cannot recommend them more highly to any Body Corporate looking for a new Strata Management Team.

This has been my first experience of living in a unit, where there is Body Corporate management. Quite frankly, I didn’t really know or understand what this would mean in reality. Because I had no idea of what would happen, it has been a tremendous eye-opening learning experience. It has been a really positive experience. Northern Body Corporate Management have shown me how good things can be. There is excellent communication, between the management personnel and the Committee, providing very thorough explanations about interpretations and enactions of the terms and conditions of being part of a Body Corporate community. In particular, we have just had an incident which required an insurance claim. The thoroughness and persistence of, in particular, Sam Dunstan, has been awesome; surely getting outcomes which I, for one, could not have envisaged. We were very suddenly left in a predicament, and we overnight had to engage a new Body Corporate Management company.
