Firstly, the Staff are warm, friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the nurses who patch you up out the back. The doctors skills and knowledge are impeccable. I have used Northern Beaches Clinic's services for the last 20
years or more and haven't a bad word to say. They have kept this 77 year old man alive and frisky lol.

This place is hopeless.. obviously with 3x different attempts nobody in reception must have any idea on medical reception.... Maybe try front desk somewhere else that isn't of as much importance.
Requested my file for another surgery 3x now, 1 my doctor fax, 2 emailed, 3 I have even called to chase it up. 2 years no result. There is no excuse of busy ect... 2 years mate. Clap 👏 Clap U have made Australia proud champion

Came in this morning with my daughter for a 945am appointment. The doctor wasn't even at the practice. This isn't the first time this has happened. I myself had an appointment previously at the same time and was told at 1030am that the doctor hadn't arrived at the clinic. This was with the same doctor. I don't understand why appointments are open at that time when the doctor isn't even at the clinic, or why a text message or call cannot be made to let patients know that the doctor is running late so we don't have to wait for an excessive amount of time. We were told to come back at lunch time and its been nearly an hour and still haven't been seen. I understand this is not the receptionist fault and we have been respectful to the receptionist and the receptionist has been wonderful.
I don't know if this is a recurring issue with this particular doctor, it is however frustrating.

Called to book appointment at was given a time that was half an hour later so quickly got myself and child ready when I was called 10 minutes later to reschedule appointment. Agreed to the new time when half an hour before my appointment I had to cancel due to my car battery being dead. Called in advance to let them know and was met with an angry women who then kindly made my day better by charging me a fee for not cancelling within 2 hours despite the appointment stuff around I had already gone through. Will not be going here again.

Recently took my friend to see a doctor at this clinic and she was refused by the reception staff to see the doctor she had booked to see. Turned up early for her appointment. Documentation needed to be sent from another clinic and hadn't been sent so my friend was trying to sort this situation out in a timely manner. At no point were the staff helpful or accommodating in trying to sort out the issue. They were rude, impolite and disrespectful towards my friend. Then she was told she would have to pay a $40 cancellation fee for 'missing her appointment'- that she turned up early for. Refusing any kind of medical care to a patient and making assumptions about whether they do or do not need to see the doctor is NOT the job of the receptionist. Refusing to take complaints seriously is also a matter that should be looked at.
