I went in to see Lauren after experiencing severe back pain for 4 days. When I went in for my initial treatment, I could barely walk, sit and stand. Lauren treated me with a variety of massages, stretches and cupping techniques. To my surpurise there was immediate results! Although still in minor pain and having limited mobility due to my lower back issue, I was able to walk more freely, go up and down the stairs when I got home and was a lot more comfortable overall. I can't recommend Lauren enough. Her expertise and skillset is exceptional. She was able to explain why she was doing each stretch and massage tailored to my problem. I have seen Lauren a few times now for remedial massages and I have to say her knowledge and skills are better than most other people I have seen. She puts you at ease immediately on the first visit and the massage room is the most calming space, you can almost go to sleep.
