Having an easy time dealing with a nasty injury with assistance and care from The NM team, Dr Russell is a particularly relatable individual for younger men’s health, and very professional.

He values his patients, and all other experiences have been great with the staff and doctors there. Thank you. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak more highly of the practitioners and reception staff at Northcote Medical.

I would especially like to thank Cara on reception for her exceptional customer service with arranging a telehealth service appointment. I was so impressed by her attention to detail and friendly manner. I really appreciated the level of follow up service she provided to me today.

Amazing team. One gentleman had a head strike and was bleeding at the local car park. The doctor (Natalie) and nurse/admin (sorry didn't end up getting her name) at this clinic didn't hesitate to help out. They monitored the person and rerouted the ambulance to their clinic. I'm aware they don't offer bulk billing, but with this level of commitment, highly recommend if you can afford the cost (I think its about $50 out of pocket cost).

I just can’t speak highly enough of all the doctors at this practice. I’ve been going here for a few years and everyone I’ve seen has been amazing. They take your concerns seriously & never rush you out the door or make you feel silly. The best clinic in Melbourne!

Dr Tom Russell is fantastic. He is very thorough in going through options for treatments, leaving no stone unturned. I am particularly impressed by how well-versed and up-to-date he is on the latest evidence and treatments in the areas of women’s health and mental health. Dr Russell is also very empathetic, friendly and warm, which made me feel at ease as soon as I stepped into the consult room. Any patient is in good hands with him!

Possibly the best experience I’ve had at a doctors from doctor russel and receptionist Dora. Dr russel was extremely in depth and reassuring and followed up after appointment. Dora was so welcoming and made me feel instantly comfortable when entering the practice. I was arriving to doctors with some anxiety with what I was dealing with that day, walking into a foreign doctors, Dora made that feeling ease straight away and honestly every receptionist should learn from her. Thankyou so much for the great experience and for making me feel so comfortable.

Northcote medical is an anomaly in medical support -warm, friendly and inviting from the smiling receptionists to the kind and considerate welcome from doctors. I think half my poor health leaves me as I walk in the front door, knowing I'll be in the best hands.
