Reception very understanding and good. I had what is considered a painful test. Nerve conduction study. Dr Ayappam was very good explaining when the shocks were to be stronger etc and made the procedure under his expert handling very manageable and he helped in many ways.

Such an excellent practice!! The staff @ reception are very caring & always helpful & respectful.Dr Simon Sung would have to be one of the best nerologist I’ve ever seen...Professional , extreamly caring & understanding..
I’ve even recommended him to others.
Without a doubt if your looking for a Nero doctor ..this doctor is the one.. I really don’t know what I would of done without him..

The doctors are extremely intelligent, patient and understanding and I can see their patients staying loyal to them over time. There is a young receptionist there, however, who is extremely moody, unprofessional, and sees fit to talk down to clients as if they are nothing more than her emotional punching bags, even if you're perfectly polite. She really acts like a 16 year old being passive aggressive all the time. There is no place for this in a workplace that requires patience and compassion, particularly given the kinds of clients that are coming here, suffering from debilitating execution dysfunction, including memory loss, ongoing fatigue, c-ptsd, job loss, clinical depression and suicidal ideation. Shame on you. How dare you behave this way to vulnerable people. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately my experience was different. They were so careless about my appointment and I had to rebook. When I called they said a different time and when I reached the place they’ve changed it. NOBODY took the responsibility of that. The receptionist talked in a very disrespectful manner. However, the doctor was kind and helpful.
