Nice clean practice. Dr Andrew Ung is great. Very down to earth and approachable. Receptionists aren't overly friendly but I have had worse interactions. Definitely my new practice, highly recommend.

I am a longtime patient and have always been 100% happy. I see Dr Fletcher who is professional. Dr Ma for skin checks They do bloods on site and have a Chemist in the building. Highly recommend.

North West Medical Practice has been my medical clinic for over 15 years and during that time I've witnessed it evolve into the wonderful clinic it is today with so many caring and highly skilled GPs, clinical nurses and friendly receptionists. During the time I've been attending this practice some of the doctors who I've seen regularly have left but I've never had issues seeing one of the other doctors as I've always received a high standard of care and support.
I have recently started seeing a Dr Reza Ajam and I can highly recommend him as not only is he extremely thorough but he has a very caring and gentle bedside manner.

I have attended this local practice since moving back to the Shire with my wife and four children in 1983. There have been different Doctors over that time but they have all been personally interested in our long term health and the practice has expanded its services, which has helped me recently. I have not heard any complaints from other locals. I know that they keep my records to assist them and any other specialist I need, which has also been useful recently. So at 76 I wouldn't go elsewhere.

North West Medical were the people who found my Terminal illness and put me on the path to the specialists. I need ongoing meds and treatment and having the same GP makes it a lot easier he's very clued up about my health across the board. They get 5 stars from me for every visit and call especially reception for juggling dates and times when necessary. The important thing is they listen and act on it!
