Outside of general free food relief when you can access it, and how nice ground Staff/volunteers are, management/higher staff appears to be disconnected from community, lack empathy, and don’t appear to align with community needs, vulnerabilities or have ability to genuinely connect with those seeking support as if above us. As a community hub I would expect genuine interests in supporting the community in a welcoming and empathetic way. Also witnessed staff member getting spoken to horribly.

Up until recently I didn’t even know Notch existed bizarre because I’ve lived in Deeragun for 15 years. I had wonderful service and experience from Dale who helped me out in my time of need unfortunately since becoming aware of this organisation Dale seems to be one of the only good things. Amazing volunteers being spoken to terribly, staff members fired with no explanation. Micro managing to the point of bullying. Notch could and should be amazing! Unfortunately due to whoever is running the ‘show’ and a show is what it is, this wonderful place will never fully understand what our community needs.
