Walked in today greeted with lovely smiles and receptionists. Had a barium swallow test preformed by a lovely lady, She makes you feel at ease and comfortable the whole time. Everyone was lovely here. Being a middle eastern lady with the scarf. Was treated like every body else, no description no I'll mannered stuff. Everything was professional with high quality service and centre. Definitely recommend.

Hi North Shore Radiology,
Im sure and I hope that our experience was just an unlucky one. But we wanted to report that my mum who struggles to speak fluent english and her translator had such a negative experience for her MRI today. Where she was blatantly ignored or cut off while she was speaking midway expressing her concerns. Both her and her translator thought and felt as though she did something wrong the whole time and was not a comfortable customer experience at all. Im sure there are lovely staff however I hope that next time this doesn’t happen to others, especially to those that cant speak english very well. Kind regards.

The service here was impeccable and well worth the out-of-pocket cost. All staff were polite and professional, the online booking was easy, and everything ran to time on the day for my multiple scans/procedures. I was particularly impressed with sonographer Ben and Dr Merran McKesser, who were absolutely fantastic.

Cannot thank the Doctors, Radiologists & Nurses for calming me down before my CT Scan & giving me a painless, fun & enjoyable service. I’ve also always hated needles & the radiologist was amazballs, felt like butterfly wings LOL - felt nothing! Thanks again to everyone, YOU ARE NOT PAID ENOUGH !!!!

Was pretty nervous before my scan but the front desk staff were informative and lovely, and whoever the gentleman was who performed my scan, didn’t get his name, was so nice and chill, made the whole experience so easy! Thanks ☺️

I booked an appointment for an MRI, but when I arrived after taking time off work, I was informed they had mistakenly scheduled me for an ultrasound instead. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong preparation instructions, so the entire visit was a waste of time. They couldn’t accommodate an MRI on the same day, leaving me to reschedule and lose even more time. You shouldn’t have to, but get them to reconfirm the appointment type if booking by phone.

I had a PET Scan done and of course I was very nervous because we are talking about locating metastasis. However the Nurses who looked after me were very friendly and made me very comfortable. A positive experience.
