My first visit to these Drs. I was greeted by friendly receptionist. My appointment was with a locum filling in for the regular Dr on holiday. I saw Dr Maria Haves who was lovely, she listened and was attentive. I would love to have Dr Maria as my regular Doctor.

Rude and abrupt receptionist.
Called to enquire whether a GP in the clinic is taking new patients. Was told no so I asked if it is worth calling in future in case they reopen their books. The receptionist again bluntly and rudely said 'no, their books are full'.
No niceties, no offer to find a suitable alternative in the clinic. I was super polite and courteous but did not receive the same treatment.

Totally put off this clinic. If that is how they reply to a simple enquiry I would hate to imagine how they handle anything else.

So impressed with both GPs I have seen in relation to my unfortunate diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and the surgery and treatment I have had. Dr Bhargavi was quick off the mark to recommend an excellent surgeon back in May 2024 and organise an appointment for me. Dr Maureen was also very helpful and efficient and compassionate in her treatment of me. She arranged for another doctor to call me with good news from the CT scan she had quickly organised. Thank you !

Doctor lovely and caring blonde .receptionist very curt and rude..
Maybe also have TV programmed to current emergency cyclone details .as no mobile reception with Telstra in waiting area ..and wifi would be useful ..
