Absolutely the most pathetic experience. The doctor is completely unknowledgeable and inexperienced. They wasted my time without providing any real medical help or advice. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place to save your time and money. Highly disappointing!

Horrible and uncaring on the phone, whom I expect was the Practice manager after being transferred from the first helpful receptionist I spoke to.

I was trying to book an appointment for a Work Cover appointment.
Felt as though no care given.

If you are a new patient, in a town that is very hard to see a GP at the best of times, there was nil * given.

Was a patient here for years and after 2 apparent missed appointments (there was 1) I was sent a letter telling me I was banned. I called to try and have it sorted and was told I needed to find a new practice. Disgraceful.

Dr Arshad is a wonderful doctor, he is always understanding and caring when it comes to my son’s care. The staff always greet us with a smile and the nurses are great at their jobs too. I’d highly recommend this practice.

I received the registered letter that you have terminated your service because I just left. Don't worry, I wasn't going to come back. On that day, I arrived 30 mins before my appointment just so I could get in, hopefully around on time, as I had to get back to work. 1hr after my appointment time. I was actually about to leave when I got call out 15 minutes before I had to be back at work. I went in and started consultation, and he received 2 phone calls. I walked out on the 2nd phone call as then it was about 10 mins to get back to work. He gets paid for my 10-minute appointment. It should be my time, not anyone else unless it was an emergency, and it clearly wasn't. You also had a trainee doctor, and I must say you're setting a fine example for our future doctors ...not.

I can't speak to others bad experiences/reviews, however I see Dr Kamal and she is always helpful, listens, and explains things well. I usually only wait 5-10mins for app, if at all (which considering most drs this is great). I've never had issue with reception staff either, if they aren't overly friendly mood they're definitely not rude.

Worst doctors experience of my entire life. Went to seek help came out sobbing in tears. Was referred to a psychologist and then lectured by the male doctor when I simply requested to see a female psychologist. The words used were “men, woman we’re all the same”. I’m sorry but if an experienced doctor cannot connect the dots as to why a young woman would only want to open up to another woman he should not be one. Cannot even begin to explain the absolute let down I felt by not only the doctors but staff in this place.

Been going there a few years and finally decided to leave. Dr Afrin has consistently screwed up my scripts. Chemists have sent me away plenty of times, I've had to sit and relay instructions over the phone to help her fix it, and finally she gets petty and says I can find another doctor.

Best advice she's given me!
