Pretty sure the bulk of the whinging is from people who themselves are rude and pushy. I went a couple of weeks ago for my Covid shot and even though the receptionist isn't all perky and such he was polite and helpful. The doctor was fantastic. Not a fan of needles but I didn't even feel the pain and she didn't make me feel rushed but was friendly, thorough and professional. My first visit there and I'll be going back if I need a doctor for sure.

As for the complainers, it's a tiny practice so obviously you want a big impersonal one who you can push around as they're mainly more interested in what they can get from you mostly rather than do for you. Rather be a person in a small practice than a number in a big one. 🙂

Male Receptionist was rude and abusive towards me when I questioned apart of the form I was filling out.
I was was there to receive a covid injection and the form I was questioning was to do with the practice. He asked me to leave or he would call police 😂, it was at that time the doctor asked the problem and he wouldn’t let me get a word in. When I had time to explain what had happened he still continued to try to talk over me. Very rude individual indeed.
The Doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable about the Covid injection.
All I can say is maybe this practice needs a new receptionist the dude is in the wrong job.

Receptionist was extremely rude. No help whatsoever. All I needed was proof of first Covid injection as they had not uploaded the information to MyGov. Was told my husband had to make an appointment to see the doctor and would not give me the details as his wife as they claimed it was against patient confidentiality.
When my husband was given his first dose the doctor treated it as a full consult which was totally unnecessary.

Is one of the best Doctors for patient care and empathy we've ever been to.
Does not rush her patients through,yes you have to wait but everyone gets the time they need with the doctor.

Explains your treatment and medications thoroughly,good old fashion care n attention like before doctors would only rush patients through every 15 minutes.

Staff very rude. Called to change my Covid Vaccination to another day and was asked why I was unable to make appointment and accused of not being “flexible”. Receptionist super rude on the phone and have been hung up on multiple times. Ended up going elsewhere for my second covid dose. Do not book with this medical practice. Very unprofessional

Honestly the worst medical centre I have ever been to. Waited an hour and a half to be seen by a doctor. At an hour after my appointment, I politely asked the receptionist how much longer it would be he rudely said did I want to leave and I explained no I was just curious about the wait which clearly infuriated him and he just kept aggressively repeating either sit down or leave. When I finally got called in I told the doctor I needed a medical certificate as I'd had food poisoning, she turned around and abruptly said "that's what you were causing hell about" then told me how could she prove I'd had food poisoning and if anyone had physically seen me have it. They were both extremely rude and abrupt and overall was a horrible experience. Anyone wanting to go here, would recommend only going if you like waiting and being abused.
Would give a lower rating if it was possible.

The male receptionist has very poor social and communication skills becoming very aggressive and abusive not only over the phone but in person would not recommend this GP Clinic to anybody even if you were dying. Honestly the abuse that the male receptionist meets out to the patients calls into question whether patient healthcare rights as per the Australian healthcare charter are being violated or not as I was attending this clinic for a covid vaccine I would recommend if you need covid vaccine that you find another clinic

Absolutely appalling GP Office.

Received nothing but long wait times, disgustingly condescending and unsatisfactory treatment, I was then laughed at about my current mental illness and finally at the end of the appointment I was ushered out the door with the docs hand on back saying that she doesn't want us to come back here again. But wait there's more.

My partner rings them once I get home. To enquire about an explanation. After repeating the ordeal to explain what his concerns were. He was only asked. "Do you believe her?"
To which he reacted quite upsetly only to then be hung up on and any other phonecalls were avoided not answer, answered and just left off the line with no acknowledgement.

I'm so disgusted I have no words.
Avoid these people with a 10ft pole. 👍
