I don't know the name of the man who did my steroid injection but he was lovely with the magnum PI moustache! It didn't hurt and I had no bruising. His bedside manner is amazing and he put me at ease instantly! Very friendly and will definitely be back for my future injections with him!

Do not book with north queensland xray aitkenvale branch. Had an ultrasound appointment for 3 month old baby at 1230pm. We ended up waiting until 1:30pm no response from the reception. Baby was starving for 3 hours i asked for ETA no response. Whats the point booking an appointment. We will never visit North Queensland Xray again.

Never answer their phones and asking for something as easy as an email confirming an appointment........migraine material. Sent numerous emails as every phone call went unanswered. Needed a written confirmation for work related reason. Simple you would think? Not where this lot are concerned. Gave up, made an appointment with Qld X-Ray who sent me an email confirmation in 30 seconds. Cancelled appointment with NQ X-RAY.

The staff here are all very professional and very helpful, the waiting period is generally less than half an hour and the waiting room has very comfortable seats. The entire place has been established to make your visit short and sharp but also comfortable with caring professional experts in the field of xray and ultrasound etc.

The ladies out the front went above and beyond with managing my appointment contacting my doctor on my behalf and fitting me in with extremely short notice. Radiologists are also very friendly with the Aussie friend feel. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Extremely grateful and happy !

I phoned and made an appointment for an ultrasound. I turned up 10 minutes early as suggested. Short wait at reception to check in. Sat for a couple of minutes and was in having my scan before my appointment time. Very efficient. It is not always so. Sometimes there is a wait. The waiting room was full on a Tuesday morning.
