I recently attended at North Queensland Family Dental and have reviewed Dr Stella but also would like to review the Dental Assistant Jess because the dental assistant have a big impact on the overall experience and professionalism of the clinic. Jess did an amazing job and was efficient and made sure all my needs were met. Jess made sure I was comfortable and was knowledgeable in providing all information and equipment as required by the dentist. Jess was also very pleasant and helped make my day at the dentist a good one! Thanks Jess.

I am an extremely nervous patient but have had nothing but great experiences here.
I recently had a crown done by Dr Lombardi and from the time I walked in I felt welcomed and reassured.
His nurses were great and actually had me laughing.
The treatment, including anaesthetic was completely pain free, and I felt comfortable at all times.
I wouldn't take my children or myself to any other practice.

Absolutely fantastic dental practice. I move around a lot and have had several dentists over the years and this is by far the best. Declan and Alix were amazing in making me feel less anxious, keeping me well informed and making sure I knew how to look after my implants. State of the art equipment and pain free anaesthetic was great. I was given good advice, not unnecessary treatments. Always helpful on the front desk and a warm welcome when you arrive. I love my new implants and couldnt be happier!

I recently visited North QLD Family Dental seeing Dr Stella. I had a long appointment with 3 fillings, examination and cleaning. Dr Stella was amazing and took plenty of time to explain everything in detail, offered many suggestions and my treatment was painless even though I did not have anaesthetic for some of the fillings. Dr Stella was constantlky mindful of my comfort offering breaks to rest my jaw and checking I was not in any pain. I would highly recommend Dr Stella and will most certainly be returning to this clinic and Dr Stella.

I love this practice. The staff are so friendly and helpful and Dr Rae is fantastic. He listens to what you say and give you all your options and not just the most expensive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist

Highly recommend Dr Stella. For someone who dislikes going to the dentist due to previous experiences elsewhere. Dr Stella is very gentle and communicates throughout the whole appointment with you. She explains everything you need to know and provides best options for your further treatment if needed. She makes the whole process of coming to the dentist less daunting for myself.

NQ family dental has always excelled, they are reliably professional, supportive and understanding. The team is very family like, lead by Dr Matthew Lombardi, it's not surprising there is such a caring culture. A special thanks to Melissa Lewis, my hygienist who is always positive, enthusiastic, caring and thorough. It's always refreshing be greeted by the girls in reception; a human experience, and something that is becoming less common. The front staff are so friendly, helpful and this makes a big difference to your day; thank you.

The whole team were absolutely amazing. Going in there with an age old fear and horrible teeth due to years of neglect, they welcomed me in and made it the easiest thing I have ever experienced in my life. I can now smile again and be proud of it, not having to hide my teeth in photos. Thank you to Melissa and Dr Rae for all of your work and for looking after me.
