Despite their website saying they will bulk bill seniors who have a Commonwealth Seniors Card, I was summarily turned away. The man at the desk looked at me like I was an idiot, said we don’t take this card and handed it back. I had no choice but to leave and now two weeks later I am still suffering. This has been my doctors since 1981 when Dr Campbell ran it and I certainly miss his kind and human demeanour. Now their policy is not directed towards patients but their hip pocket. I am sure I am in the minority but if you do find your way there you might also be joining me in that small grouping. It will depend on the kindness of the staff at the desk, and that is not guaranteed.

I have been a Patient of this Practice for several years and usually see Dr Roy. The care I’ve received is exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending the Doctors in this Practice. The Receptionists are always cheery and helpful. Definitely worth the 40 minute drive.

A big thank you to all at NN Medical

It has been trying times for all those involved with the provision of medical care - from the poor communications from the government about COVID vaccines through to the daily grind associated with COVID hygiene you need to undertake.

We are blessed to have such good care on our doorsteps

The service is always professional and courteous and there is a genuine commitment to try and accommodate urgent requests - as demanding as that can be at times I imagine.

I have never doubted for once during my long association with the practice that the patient does come first at NN Medical

A big shout out to the hard working Nic, the practice manager, who keeps things humming away in the background and, of course, Paul Allin who brings a world of practice experience and life skills to his provision of care.

Dr. Devlin has been my principal Doctor for most of that time.

My family and I have been patients of North Nowra Medical Practice for about 10 years. My kids and I have always been treated so well by our Primary Dr, Dr Anju Hanchate. She has built a great relationship with us all, especially my teens who trust her 100%. I highly recommend Dr Anju for teens with mental health. She never makes us feel rushed or like our issues don't matter.

North Nowra Medical Practice are also very fortunate to have an awesome Practice Manager. Nic is often extremely busy but I have never had a problem she has not been able to solve in a very timely and efficient manner. If I have forgotten to get a script made up or need an urgent appointment I know Nic or one of the reception staff will take care of it.

I do agree with some of the other Reviews I have read and some of the reception staff can be quite short and abrupt on the phone. That used to bother me but being lucky enough to have Dr Anju and Nic more then makes up for this.

If you are looking for a Dr to care for your family I recommend North Nowra Medical Practice. Don't be put off by the Reception staff, look past that and you will find some great Drs and a Surgery that is well ran by Nic the Practice Manager.

Thank you to all the lovely staff today at this practice from the receptionists to the dr and the nurse who fixed my issue. Couldn’t get into my usual dr until Monday so they fit me in today to have my ear flushed and I feel so much relief! Highly recommend this helpful caring practice.

I have tried twice to get travel vaccinations. The first attempt I rang the day before my appointment to confirm date and time, was told there was no record of an appointment and told to reschedule I did for the next day.
I repeated the time and date with the receptionist entered it in my phone.
We arrived at the practice was told there was no appointment AGAIN.
The receptionist went to check with the nurse then the doctor came back and told me the doctor said to reschedule. Not bloody likely, if they can screw up two appointments why would I trust their ability to not screw up the vaccinations.
