Easy to find, and appears to have enough parking spots for the coming and going clients. Pleasant staff and a neat little café if you want to take a break before moving on.

A parking night mare. Who ever designed this car park and decided on how many car parks should be launched into space as an example to others on what not to do

Basement carpark is full by 9am. Mainly reserved for medical staff. I left n went to Level one, where I found one space to park.
Some people are saying that parking is good. Therefore, it may depend on the busy morning period.

I am so grateful to Dr. Wong and Dr. Roh for their support, care and specialist expertise and experience over the Christmas period. I had a root canal and apicectomy done, both painless. I was able to get appointments promptly, which was so reassuring considering the time of year. Robyn, the receptionist is highly organised and efficient; she phoned me the day after each procedure to check in on my well-being. Robyn has a lovely calm manner which I found so encouraging; she is a real asset to the practice.
A truly positive experience....thank you!

If you have to have day surgery done then this is the place to go. Exceptional facility, more than adequate parking and a very pleasant pre-op waiting area sitting under a warm blanket. Stayed awake until I got into the theatre and everyone was happy and positive and made the whole day so easy. My pick-up and drop-off person just spent 1/2 the day at Northlakes Westfield a stone's throw away.

This place isn't managed very well. I've faced some trouble with parking, contacting the reception of the doctor I want to see, and there is usually a 40 min delay in the appointment. The doctors names aren't visible clearly. You have got to go to each floor to see where your doctor might be. No phone number available to ask any questions.
So many improvements are required to make it even just an okay experience. Suggestion is to go early to know where your chosen specialist is to be seen.

Won’t be going back. I saw Doctor Peter Gibling. I asked for my blood test results printed as I am pregnant and he refused to print them, told me it was a waste of trees. When I said I wanted a copy he told me to get them from pathology. He also didn’t mention the Harmony/Nipt test and when I asked about it (this is my second child) he told me I didn’t need it. That is not his decision to make, that is my decision. The fact that I had yo ask for the referral is terrible, he should advise all available options for me to make the decisions for what I feel is best in my situation. Who is this guy, seriously.

Horrendous treatment by the receptionist - this facility claims to be first class yet has the most subpar customer service and professional standards. The receptionist on front desk would be well served to work back of house and as far away from patients as possible. Just awful, I implore you to stay away. Rude and contrite!
