We have been seeing all three doctors since we moved to North Epping years ago. This centre truely looks after the local community. My son had a sever allergy without knowing what caused it today, and when we arrived, Dr. Leo immediately checked him to assure nothing dangerous. He was also kind to give us a quick appointment for medication and referral. Also the reception lady, she always welcome us with warm greetings. And the nurse is very gentle with my son. We are very gratefully to have them in our community.

Our family has been visiting Dr Leo for many years. You couldn’t imagine how hard it is to find a responsible and trustworthy GP for my four young kids since they’re born. Dr Leo is always caring and thoughtful. He always shows his professionalism and cheeky humour during his diagnosis, which makes our visits much easier. His receptionist could even recognise our voices on phone and help suggest a better arrangement for our bookings. His nurses are also very sweet and professional. Highly recommend Dr Leo and North Epping Medical Practice!

Excellent and professional service by all doctors, nurses and reception staff. It's not one of those places that dismiss you as soon as you're done. They actually try and build rapport which is dearly lacking in many GP practices. They're always so attentive and lovely.

We are very lucky to be so close to this practice. All the doctors from there are very professional, patient and friendly, especially Dr Leo. My elder parents have been seeing him regularly since they have moved to Sydney, and surely are well looked after. Really appreciate and highly recommended! Thank you Mary

We are truely grateful that this clinic is in our community. I feel I can always trust the doctors and staff to look after my family and have patient’s interest at heart and be their first priority. My whole family is patients of Dr Leo and regardless how busy he is and regardless how big or small our problems are he always takes the time to understand and to explain in most layman’s term that even my 10 years old feels comfortable seeing him. Really appreciate all the hard work this clinic has dedicated to our North Epping community!

Extremely professional and warm family practice. I travel quite far to attend this GP due to the service being incomparable to any within my area. The knowledge and expertise is what sets them apart. I highly recommend Dr Leo and his amazing team of well trained staff!

Know many friends and family members who have turned away from this practice due to one receptionist in particular. She is extremely rude and unwelcoming and she seems to enjoy dishing out this behaviour to patients as some sort of power trip. As good as the doctors may be, the receptionist is supposed to be the face and the customer service aspect of the clinic. And this one is horrendous.
