These guys were truly so lovely. I am an American and was on my work holiday visa and truly wish American gynos would take a leaf out of their book. I felt informed, and respected the whole time and loved having all female staff!! My case was particularly tricky because I was trying to get my IUD in before traveling and they were super accommodating. I was really nervous to get my IUD in but the staff was so awesome and reassuring, it went 20x better than I ever expected. They were even there to answer my hypochondriac- esque questions over the phone days later and called me to check in how I was doing post procedure. Such an amazing team all around !!

Just another GP “shop” Do not expect more than 5 minutes of the Doctors time even when you do pay for a long appointment and do expect a complete lack of empathy. One of my concerns was dismissed twice by 2 doctors, I received no advice on what kind of specialist/practitioner I need to see to help me resolve said issue and was literally told “we are out of time” to explore that. I left feeling deflated and desperate again. I will be researching on how to make a formal complaint about these 2 doctors and will pursue for a result.
The administration staff are absolutely lovely and helpful.

From the moment the receptionist cheerily met me at the door I felt very comfortable . Thank you Dr Camilla Stevens for your thorough examination during this difficult time in my life. My spirits are lifted and I am feeling 200% better within a couple of days.

I came here as I felt a bit let down by the medical system regard a female specific issue. I thought a female centred clinic would be better and more knowledgeable.
The day of my appointment they were running behind, which often can't be helped, so I didn't mind waiting.
But then when I was seen, it felt like I was a just a task to tick through. I felt quite rushed, and the feeling of being an inconvenience didn't feel great.
Especially as some things are quite physically and mentally uncomfortable.
So, to be dealing with that whilst also feeling a lack of care, was not nice.

Based on my experience here I wouldn't say this is woman centred care.
Feels like they just pink washed a building and called it women centred.

Glad to see others had better experiences here, but I won't go back.

Have had nothing but great experiences here. I had an IUD insertion and Dr Kelly and nurse Rebecca provided exceptional care and made me feel so safe and well informed. Shoutout to the receptionists who are amazing too. Definitely recommend for all women.

This is a wonderful clinic. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to understand your reason for visit. The staff explained all investigative procedures to me and explained the outcome and findings of each one. They took the time to help me explore options and provided information on every one.
If this clinic closes, it will be a major loss to the women of the Sunshine Coast.

My daughter is a patient there, had a procedure there, the team work is exceptional, from front desk to the registered nurse to the gp. Follow up was even better, checking my daughters health after procedure. Fantastic service in a friendly environment.
