This has been my local doctors for about 12 years now I was a loyal patient of Dr Katy Lee's who was great,she has just retired though I now see one of the other doctors who I thoroughly like she is just busy so I do have to wait most times. The receptionists are mostly always polite and there are usually at least 2 or 3 to help. There are at least 7 doctors that work there a nurses station a pathology place and a nutritionist. It depends on what doctor you see whether you can get in quickly or not so booking in advance is recommended but if you do have an urgent matter you can ring in the morning and they usually have spare appointments available.

I have difficulty booking appointments, for my GP- she is popular and an excellent GP. For this reason, I often have to wait 2 weeks +. And this appointment was no different. I had had bloods to be reviewed and new scripts to have written up, and the reception staff felt that it could wait until the next available appointment.
So, I made the next appointment for November at the time I made this recent appointment.
It is otherwise always a pleasant experience when we attend the practice.

What a fantastic clinic it is! Very helpful staff at the reception desk and caring and great doctors. Today, I have been seen by a doctor without having an earlier appointment as I urgently needed a referral; I got what I needed in 10 mins. I've been a patient for many years and it has always been very good.

Wonderful practice with a great team! Also, Dr Yoo-mi Kim is the best! I highly recommend her! She is so kind and caring of her patients and can easily recognise the needs of her patients. She is very thorough and gives the time for each of her patients. No wonder she is hard to book into.. in high demand!

Attended for flu vaccinations for myself and two children (1 and 4 years old). Incredibly and caring service from doctor, nurses and reception staff. Only complaint was that we were not made aware prior to the shot that the children’s flu shots were not covered under the government scheme for under 5s, despite fitting this criteria, so we paid a private fee. Would be better to let us know up front, as the free clinics told us we couldn’t attend with under 5s and told us to book with our doctor, which we did.***

*EDIT* Turns out we were right about the children’s flu shots- on our next visit this was corrected by staff (unprompted by me!) and we were refunded for the flu shots. Excellent service and just human error with new admin team in first instance.

You need to have lots of patience and don't keep your hope high when booking for appointment. The receptionists can book 3 people at the same time for example 1pm,because you will be finally called after an hour or more.
I guess it's a bit bias because(receptionist)they can slide someone they know, and you will be left out without knowing it.I walk out after nearly 1 hour of waiting because the doctor just called someone else who comes in after me.NOT GOOD!?
