Booked an appointment for my 1 year old via Health Engine where it states the practice bulk bills children under 15.

Spent 5 mins with doctor and was charged $60 for a script for some cream to go on my child's face.

Walked across the road to fill the script at the chemist and the pharmacist said what I was given should not be used to put on a child's face.

Should have just gone to the chemist instead, they were far more helpful.
