From the front counter to the doctors we have never had better care. The front counter staff treat u with care and understanding and all ways with a smile. The doctors are the best we have ever dealt with understanding and non judgemental. Thank you all for all you all do.

Sep 2021 - I have been a client for years and even though I moved into town still travel as staff have always been kind supportive and friendly. Sadly, my experience yesterday was horrid 🙁 The GP kept me waiting for an hour, wasn't wearing his mask when returning from the hospital, was abrupt, judgemental and arguementative, declined my request for a medical certificate. He didn't ask about my condition, nor did he examine me as was his initial request for my consultation. His priority was to get me out so he could move onto the next client .... I left in tears ..... 🙁

Really bad. Can only speak re Dr Clint who was grossly uninformed and insensitive re personal health matters that I wont mention here.
I can say, that separately he tried to shame me for seeking bulk billing mental health assistance and wouldn't refer me to any other provider than the in-house psychologist (who doesn't bulk bill) Dr Clint lectured me about his assumption I was seeking a hand-out in looking for a bulk billing mental health provider (isn't that what my taxes pay for) And when I asked for a care plan for nerve damage issues I have he told me I "would never qualify" and would only refer me to a study in Lismore, whose initial appointment was $500.
Absolutely putrid. Since my experience i have met health care professionals who have worked at the nimbin medical centre in the years passed and sadly as a result I've learned it has a terrible reputation in the industry and as such unlikely they'd ever find a decent doctor willing to work for them at this point.

Absolutely horrific medical practice. It takes you over a week to get an appointment,, then once I finally got my appointment my sick child and I were made to sit outside in the cold wind because my son had a runny nose and to top it off the doctors can't remember what they did yesterday and are grossly misinformed.

Don't bother coming here, they're not taking any new patients and if you are one already: "there's a 4 week waiting period for consultations".
