I have been seeing Dr Lee for the past 5 yrs.
Brilliant Dr who I can trust. Wouldn't see anyone else. I drive from Bridgetown to attend appointments or over the phone consults.
In all honesty if Dr Lee moved to another practice, I would follow.

It was my first visit today, and it was fantastic! The reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming me with a warm smile. They were also highly efficient and professional. The waiting time was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise. Dr. Xu was exceptional, taking the time to address all my concerns thoroughly and providing the help I needed.

I also appreciated the convenience of having blood tests done on-site—after my appointment, I only had to wait about 10 minutes to get them done, which was so convenient.

All OK for the phone consultation, except that it has been more than 2 hours since I was told that I will receive my prescription via email. I had made three phone calls to enquire and up to now I still have not receive my prescription.

I have been attending Nicholson Road Medical Group for some years. The doctors that I have seen have all been helpful. I especially recommend Dr Kate Xu. She is kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. She takes the time to listen, examine and assess. The reception lady and Dr Kate were great in accommodating us when we needed an appointment near closing time. Dr Kate was good and thorough with our 3 year old. Both the reception lady and Dr were patient-focused and we really appreciated their help.
