This place is the best diagnostic imaging/radiology I have been to. Everyone there is so kind, happy, and respectful. On top of that, they are patient and so quick with appointments. I have never been to an imaging centre that hasn't made me wait another 30mins-1.5 hours. We arrived 15mins earlier than our appointment and we were seen 5mins before our appointment time. They have the same manner over the phone and are quick with questions and enquiries.

I had a bad headache and forgot my folder. I took photos/online forms, and they let me email it to them. They even followed up when a photo blocked the referral details, and the whole time did not make me feel bad about forgetting my documents or not having a clear picture of the referral.

My ultrasound was a great experience. She made me feel comfortable and she even had the gel warmed up. She made sure to do the scans that needed my bladder full so I could empty it as soon as possible. She was quick but also informative. There's a screen inside that I could look at instead of tilting my head to look at her screen. She printed out the ultrasounds so quickly too. I am very glad that the hospital referred this place and the best part is it is bulk billed. Cannot recommend this place enough. So professional, polite and efficient.

I recently visited NIA Ingleburn for an X-ray on my doctor’s recommendation, and it was a fantastic experience—especially compared to other providers I’ve used. The service was incredibly fast, and the results came back even faster. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience.

The reception staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, guiding me through the process and assisting with additional inquiries. The technician was a true standout: positive, respectful, and attentive. He clearly explained the procedure, informed me before any physical contact (chest, back, side areas), and asked for my consent each step of the way. Throughout the test, he regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable.

I later needed a follow-up, and NIA Ingleburn had limited availability that day. Carmel, a lovely staff member, went above and beyond by arranging an earlier appointment at their sister location in Glenquarie.

This brand is truly setting the bar high—everything was on point!

I wish I had of said something on the day.. but I had the most pleasant experience here. Everyone was happy & kind. So wonderful to a child I saw in the waiting area. I believe the lady who did my ultrasound was Linda, she was absolutely amazing. So kind, patient & caring. Shes great at what she does. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had getting an ultrasound by far.

Such a great safe spaced environment. Very friendly staff that always have a smile on their face once greeted. Have to specifically give a shout out to Linda who treated me with such grace and patience. Her kind positive spirit helped me so much while doing a certain scan that I have declined for years due to having a bad experience. She really helped me emotionally and gave me all the support i needed to get my scan done. Linda is a great asset to NIA ingleburn and she is some one i will never forget in my lifetime!
