I recently visited this clinic a couple of times for my child’s general checkup and vaccination and I must say, the experience was outstanding. Dr. Ortiz Santiago welcomed us warmly and was incredibly friendly, making us feel comfortable. Her team, including Janani and Nurse Liz, were equally amazing. Nurse Liz handled the vaccination so carefully and skillfully that my child, who usually cries for 10 minutes after a vaccine, was back to her playful mood within seconds. It was truly impressive how Nurse Liz made the process so smooth and stress-free!
The clinic itself is beautifully designed, with a calm and inviting ambiance that puts you at ease the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this clinic for its exceptional service, friendly staff, and warm atmosphere. A big thanks to the entire team!

I have been seeing Chloe for some time and she's very helpful in not just aiding the recovery of my injured knees but also providing extra benefit of alleviating my unconscious stress and becoming healthier. She's also very knowledgeable, cheerful and genuinely wants to help, making the sessions very pleasant. I always feel better and lighter after every sessions.

I've been to both this and their Sydney clinic and I'm so happy I've now got a clinic that takes the time to understand me instead of trying to rush me out the door. I was seen on time, service was excellent. Loads of parking around Westmead station and down by Parra park as well.

So awesome to have a quality GP Clinic out west.

This medical practice is undoubtedly the best I've ever encountered. They consistently deliver top-quality healthcare, a rarity in today's healthcare landscape. Their patient-centered approach is truly exceptional, with both the receptionist and doctors taking the time to get to know you personally. They always address you by your name and inquire about your well-being as soon as you walk in. The waiting room is never overcrowded, and they are consistently punctual with appointments.

Dr. Dayna Griffin stands out as an outstanding medical professional. She not only actively listens to me but also respects my preferences when discussing my health.

Lily Chu, the senior patient advocate (receptionist), contributes significantly to the positive atmosphere in the practice. She consistently goes out of her way to greet me and inquire about my well-being. Her friendliness, attentiveness, and skill are remarkable. She's also proactive in seeking ways to enhance the practice by gathering feedback.

The practice's convenient location next to the station adds to its appeal. I would wholeheartedly recommend investing your time and money in seeking medical care here. It's a rare gem in the world of healthcare.

Jo Curtin (massage therapist) and Margery Hellman (Yoga therapist) were absolutely amazing! I felt soo at peace and relaxed with their services, they genuinely make you feel comfortable and at ease. They do really care for the patients and provide the best support. I have learned many techniques and advice which will be very beneficial for me in the future. I love that they give personalised plans. Definitely will recommending everyone these wonderful therapists and services from 'Next practice' to everyone.
