Very Shady business. Firstly, it's predicated on money-laundering and fraud. I've lived in the province with the Best medical marijuana in North America. Australia doesn't have the climate or the technology to grow medical marijuana. Moreover, I've worked as a health care clinician over 13 years in 3 countries. I've never heard of anyone "dying from over-consumption of Zinc" which one doctor claimed. Another doctor insisted he sent patients with gastrointestinal disorders off for "mental health assessments", which is a waste of time and money.
Essentially, this is not a legitimate medical practice. Book elsewhere.

Disappointed with the care I received from the practice.
I generally went with this practice because it seemed to have good reviews. My first consult went smooth and I liked the Dr. However after going through all the tests that she prescribed I never heard back from anyone eventhough the radiologist told me they have found some lumps and suggested I come back in 6 months for another set of imaging to be able to compare. Hearing that you would think your dr would let you what options you ha e at that point should you want to not wait another 6 months if the lumps proved to be worrisome!!
Called the reception to be told that Dr. Have left the practice and that she never handed over her patients to any other doctors!!!!
What if this was an emergency? What if the lumps are not actually ok and better to not wait and have a biopsy now?
Their app is also useless as it literally shows nothing of worth neither ever updates.

I did go to another dr in the same practice, lovely lady and she suggested to see a specialist. However given my experience with the practice itself I would not suggest going to this practice when you feel there’s zero care for you.

I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Wesley Chan each time I’ve had an appointment.

I was originally reluctant to choose a private clinic over bulk-billing, however the genuine care & service provided is worth paying for.
Simply having a doctor that actually gives you the time of day is well beyond what you’ll get out of the public health system.

When I lived in the area, I always went to see Dr. Lauren Prictor, who was fantastic. She then referred me to Dr. Marija Lugonja, whom I've seen multiple times now.

Even though I no longer live nearby, I will continue to come back to see Dr. Lugonja. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always puts me at ease right away. Her friendly and welcoming demeanour creates a comfortable environment for discussing my concerns. She takes the time to explain things in a way that's easy to understand, allowing me to make informed decisions about my health. I've even brought my partner to appointments, and he also speaks highly of the care we receive.

The front desk staff and nurse are also friendly and helpful, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable.

I'm thrilled to have found a doctor who genuinely cares and listens to my concerns.

If you want top notch medical care, I recommend Dr Marija Lugonja and the next practice!
