Yesterday Sunday 14th July 2024 I was treated to a wonderful experience at Next Gen Wellness in Australind WA.
Dani put me through a 30 minute Pro Red10 Sauna with my choice of Guided or non Guided meditation with music.
This is a Dry Sauna, you are surrounded with Infrared Light Therapy, to recharge the cells. It is extremely relaxing and all the controls are inside the unit so you can adjust them if needed.
I then tried the Delux Cocoon with an adjustable vibrating massage bed with Jade & Tourmaline Gemstones, Pure Essential Oils, Healing Frequencies or Meditations, lots of Infrared levels and so much more.
The experience was amazing, I slept contently throughout the night & was bright and full of energy the next day, today.
It felt so good to enjoy this hour of healing before heading back home to Perth.
Dani is well trained in the equipment and so lovely and personable.
In the Cocoon I felt different parts of my body receiving more & deeper penetrating heat, Dani explained these areas needed more stimulation to get the needed results.
I would definitely recommend calling Dani & getting more information. I am so happy to have had this experience and to be able to share the information. I did not know these places were available for this type of healing.
